This year, CIAK-OFF returns again, because OFF is not only about cinema and culture, but also about education, growth, and developing a conscious view of the world.
During the Festival, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, a free masterclass open to all young people between the ages of 18 and 40 will take place.
